Refund and Return Policy

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email bridgemintcommerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item back without written return authorization. After approval, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

Cancellations
Send cancellation requests promptly to bridgemintcommerce@gmail.com. We can cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment.
