Shipping Policy

Fulfillment
PAWMINT products are fulfilled by supplier partners from the United States. Available shipping options and charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on the items and delivery destination.

Processing and delivery
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Carrier transit times are estimates and are shown at checkout when available. Some products are made to order or require additional handling; product or checkout information will show available timing.

Split shipments
Orders containing items from different fulfillment partners may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. You will not be charged more shipping than the amount shown at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is provided by a fulfillment partner, it will be sent to the email used for the order.
